Being the first developer to license the popularMegaways engine, Blueprint has exactly 50 dynamic reels installments under their belt as Into The Wild Megaways is released. That’s an impressive milestone indeed, but we’ve seen similar things from this developer before. The North American animal theme with a dash of Native American is hardly new, but at least it’s familiar.
What makes this installment stick out somewhat is the Replicator Reels feature, and it provides you with wild transformations, as well as full wild reels, in all stages of the game. The big highlight is the bonus round, of course, where the uncapped progressive multiplier can lead to payoutsup to 10,000x your stake. We had a decent time testing this game, but it’s nothing too extraordinary either.
You can turn on/off theWild Betbetween base game spins, and this doubles your bonus round chances if you’re willing to pay25 % more per spin. The animal premium symbols pay between 1.75 and 10 x your stake for 6 of a kind wins, and wilds can slide in organically on the top and bottom horizontal reels only. Wilds step in for regular pay symbols to help complete wins, and they can appear on the main grid also, as we shall see below.
All winning symbols are removed via theCascading mechanic, and this makes room for a new batch of symbols dropping down from above. This feature repeats as long as you keep winning. TheReplicator Reels featuretriggers when matching symbols line up on the top and bottom horizontal tracker reels. This turns all instances of the symbol wild on the reel between the top and bottom, and if wilds line up the whole reel turns wild.
Scatter symbolsare removed and collected, triggering cascades, and you need to collectat least 3 in the same sequenceto trigger the Bonus Round. This awards8 free spins, and you get+2 extra spinson top of that for each additional scatter collected. The most you can win is14 free spins, and the feature comes with anunlimited progressive win multiplier.
The multiplier starts at x1, and it increases by+1 per cascadingwin with no upper limit as to how high it can go. You retrigger the bonus round if3 scattersland in the same cascading sequence, and you also get+4 extra spinsif you run out of spins before you’ve won at least 10x your stake.

You get to see a few base game cascading wins, before we trigger the bonus round close to the 1-minute mark. We got 2 extra triggering scatters, which gave us 12 starting free spins, and we landed several larger payouts once the multiplier reached a decent level. The pace of the game is snappy until you hit a cascading sequence, and we don’t get why there is such a long pause before the spin button becomes active again after a win. A minor detail perhaps, but it gets annoying when you just want to get going already. The visual presentation is hardly original, and Blueprint hasn’t done anything too special with it either. It gets the job done with its canyon desert backdrop though.
The Replicator Reels feature is the most original thing about this release, and it does liven up the base game on occasions. It’s usually not super effective though, but it can prolong your cascades to help trigger the bonus round. Once the win multiplier is introduced the10,000x potentialis within reach, but it’s capped at £250,000 as usual from Blueprint.
